Regina Formentin, AGNP-C

Regina Formentin, AGNP-C is a certified Adult Gerontology Nurse Practitioner with over 30 years of nursing experience. Her areas of clinical interest include caring for patients with chronic conditions, enhancing their knowledge through education, and monitoring their progress to achieve mutual goals for optimal health.Regina completed her undergraduate studies at Eastern Michigan University in Ypsilanti, Michigan. She later obtained her Master's Degree in Nursing from South University in Savannah, Georgia. As a certified member of the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners, she also holds a CNOR certification as a registered operating room nurse.When she's not working, Regina loves spending time outdoors. Whether it's hiking, cycling, or kayaking, she enjoys staying active and exploring the beautiful outdoors. Road trips around the U.S. are among her favorite activities. Family is also very important to Regina. She loves cooking for family celebrations and spending quality time with her four granddaughters.
