Tracy King, ANP-C, is a member of Village Medical Primary Care - Internal Medicine team. From wanting to be a diabetes educator to becoming a nurse practitioner, Tracy's journey in healthcare has been driven by a deep desire to help patients improve their health.Specializing in the management of complex chronic conditions, particularly diabetes, Ms. King provides primary care services to patients ages 13 and above. She believes in empowering patients in their healthcare and strives to make them feel heard. "I want patients to feel that I addressed their most pressing issue during their visit," she says.Ms. King finds immense satisfaction in her work, especially when she helps patients achieve goals they thought were unattainable. "There's nothing more rewarding than seeing a patient reach a health goal they felt they couldn't", she shares. Outside of her professional life, Ms. King has a variety of interests. She enjoys dining out, listening to music, and spending time with her animals. Additionally, she is passionate about animal welfare and works with local rescues to feed, fix, and care for feral cats.
