Tiffany Wood, FNP-C

Tiffany Wood, FNP-C, is a Family Medicine provider who began practicing in 2025. Her areas of clinical interest are preventative care, treating patients of all ages, and patient education.Tiffany completed her Bachelor of Science in Nursing at Weber State University in Ogden, Utah, and her Master of Science in Nursing at Frontier Nursing University in Versailles, Kentucky. She is certified by the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners (AANP). Tiffany also holds a Bachelor of Social Work from the University of Utah in Salt Lake City.When Tiffany is not working, she loves to spend time with her family. She is happily married and a mom to two boys. She enjoys hiking, kayaking, camping, reading, and riding motorcycles. She also loves to watch her sons play football.
