Heather Smith, FNP-C

Heather Smith (Sm-i-th) is devoted to helping her patients. She started practicing in 2008 with a medical interest in weight loss and cardiology. Heather treats infants, children, teens and adults, performing adult physical exams, well woman exams, well child exams and Medicare annual wellness visits.Heather earned her undergraduate degree from Grand Canyon University where she studied nursing. She then completed her family nurse practitioner schooling at Grand Canyon University. She is a member of the American Association of Nurse Practitioners (AANP).When she's not treating her patients, Heather enjoys hanging out with her family, hiking and going to Disneyland. She has a wonderful husband, three beautiful children, a crazy cat and a Sheepadoodle puppy. Her family loves traveling and spending time together.
